To ensure your Victoria Handmade creation remains beautiful as the years pass, follow these simple guidelines:

- Avoid scratching or rubbing your product against abrasive surfaces, especially the reed body (raw material).

- Keep your piece away from damp or humid environments, and avoid direct exposure to sunlight or sources of heat (such as radiators or overheated car interiors).

- To protect your masterpiece when not in use, generously apply the provided beeswax and store it in a dry, well-ventilated place (for example, hanging on a hanger or displayed as a decorative piece in your room and never in close cabinets).

- Once or twice a month, use a dry cloth to hydrate your basket with the beeswax, preventing wear and maintaining its natural beauty. Apply the beeswax to the reed body, leather, and hardware accessories.

By caring for your Victoria Handmade masterpiece properly, you'll be able to enjoy its beauty for many years to come.
· Organic reed caught by hand in the center of Portugal wetlands by our own team;
· Wicker braid handle - material from nature; This implies that some cracks and openings in the wicker be characteristic of the handle;
· Vegetable tanning leather: a reuse of food-purpose traceable cow leather - instead of ending up in landfills, it is reused for accessories by an environmentally friendly vegetable tanning. A genuine eco friendly, toxic-free leather that displays the material in its most natural state, maintaining flaws and natural marks. We carefully select the most beautiful ones for you.
Also, with sun exposure and over time, this will get tanned very much like our own skin;
Picked up by our own hands, the reed is captured in the Portugal center. From nature by our hands, it's dry, clean, chosen one by one - out of hundreds - cut in different measures, sulfurized, dyed in its different colors and then dried again. The loom is woven with the jute web and the reed is interwoven between it, where our fingers and hands with calluses from years of work and all the strength of our arms and legs bounce the jute and reed web with a comb wood for hours - at least 3 to 4 - to create the mat that will shape your Victoria Handmade piece.
A complete loom afterwards - between 6 to 8 mats - is cut, tied and set aside so that a second loom and all the previous processes are repeated and the sides of your Victoria Handmade can be made.
Second loom made, and the different mats are finally sewn by hand with jute - this one was also previously dyed in the color of the piece. Finally, they create the shape of your basket bag. Wicker wings - soaked in advance to be malleable - are placed with the force of arms, and eco-friendly leather sides, handles and straps are cut to size to adorn your piece. Hardware and final finishes are taken to the smallest detail.
The result? A piece that involves 8 to 16 hours of work in our own hands. A unique, elegant and authentic basket bag that combines contemporary with the preservation of all ancestral production methods, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship, directly from the hands of the artisan to you.
We make the conscious decision to only use sustainable fibers woven by our own hands. Using high quality materials, each basket bag get better with age. With a little of care and attention your masterpiece can follow you for years to come. To help you so, we offer you a care pack:

· In order to protect your masterpiece when you are not using it, place a generous dose of beeswax provided and store it in a dry place where air circulates (for example, hanging on a hanger, open cabinets - never closed - as a decoration piece in your room, etc);

· With a dry cloth, once or twice a month, use the beeswax to hydrate your basket and prevent some areas from wearing out easily, as well as to maintain its natural beauty - place the beeswax on the reed body, leather and hardware;

· Taking proper care of your Victoria Handmade masterpiece will allow you to fully appreciate its beauty for many years.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to effect a return.

The return of items applies exclusively to products that can be returned in the same conditions in which the customer received them.

We do not reimburse the costs of shipping fees on exchange or return items.

Please note that, as provided for in Portuguese law in art. 10 of DL nº 24/2014 of 14 February, commonly known as the right to regret, pieces made according to the consumer's instructions are not covered by it. In other words, we do not accept exchanges or returns of custom made-to-order products.
