Product Availability

 

IMMEDIATE DELIVERY ITEMS

The pieces denominated with the label 'immediate delivery' refer to products ready to ship between 1 to 2 working days after confirmation of payment for your order.

PLEASE NOTE that if you choose a product with 'immediate delivery' through manual payment called 'ATM reference’ or 'MB Way’, you must settle the amount immediately in order to reserve the 'immediate delivery' product.

​

If you do not pay immediately, and this 'immediate delivery' piece is ordered by another customer who made the payment before you, your order will proceed to artisanal production, and we will need between 2 to 10 days to do so.

​

Please consider that if you choose order a custom product, as such as our service of stamping names, initials or expressions for +25€ on your bag, or any other kind of customizations, in an item labeled 'immediate delivery', given the question of personalization, this will have to be done in full just for you , so we will need between 2 to 10 working days to do so.

ON ORDER ITEMS

The pieces denominated with the label 'on order', or that do not have an indication of being available in immediate stock, refer to products that will be handcrafted after your order is placed within 2 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.

 

PLEASE NOTE:
Victoria handmade® does not guarantee that all items included in the online store are in stock at the time of ordering. We ask for your understanding in the delivery time being that all products are handmade by our on hands from start to finish and some of the processes are driven by the nature that we can not control.

Since all baskets are crafted by hand one at a time, the time until dispatch varies depending on the number of simultaneous orders and the piece you are ordering. 

​

On the same day of your purchase, we will send an email with a reliable shipping forecast. We promise to be quick! If the date we indicated in the email is too late for you, let us know the date you need your piece and we will give priority to your order.

​

Is it for a birthday gift or other important event for you? Contact us and we will give priority to your order in order to meet expectations!

The time to arrive after expedition depend from country to country. The chart above provides for an average delivery time depending on the country.

Victoria Handmade® will provide you all details during all the process of your order by email, so you can know the state of it and the delivery process of the same.

Shipping & Delivery
Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous clause regarding the availability of the products, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, orders will be shipped within the date specified in the email that we will send, provided by us after your purchase. 

​

Shipping costs are free worldwide via Ctt Portugal which has a wide range of international partners that ensure delivery by the local carrier in your city.

​

To date, no Victoria Handmade orders have been left undelivered. However, delays may occur for any of the following reasons:

- product customization;
- specialized products;
- unforeseen circumstances or delivery areas.

​

If, for any reason, we can not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of that circumstance by setting a new date and we always inform you by email the confirmation of the sending.

​

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" was made or that the order was delivered, upon signature of the person present at the agreed upon address.

​

Impossibility of Delivery
If the attempted delivery is not possible due to the fact that no one is found to be responsible for it, the carrier in question will contact for a new delivery attempt. 

​

Always confirm your home mailbox, as you may have a notification indicating that your order is for lifting at the nearest post office. If you can not be at the agreed place of delivery on the scheduled day, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to establish a new delivery date to info@victoria-handmade.com

If the order is returned to Victoria Handmade Establishment due to unsuccessful delivery due to absence at the address, failure to pick up, insufficient / incorrect address, among others - by a customer failure -, Victoria Handmade is not responsible for re-shipping costs. These re-shipping rates on return items will be charged to the customer on a second shipping / delivery attempt.

Customs, Taxes and Duties
Please note, that all prices mention in this website are not including import taxes. For Non-EU countries, your goods may be subject to taxes and custom charges, which are levied once your shipment reaches your country of delivery.

We are not responsible for the custom and taxes charged on your shipment. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
