EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your order, the items can be returned or exchanged within 8 days from the date of arrival and only if the product is in the exact conditions of the shipping day and having proof of the corresponding invoice that shows that the piece was acquired from us (We do not make exchanges of bags purchased from the stores that represent us - in case of exchange a piece Victoria handmade purchased in a store, you must go to the same).
The refund applies exclusively to products that can be returned in the same condition that the customer received them, if you feel that the product is defective, contact us for or +351 918 803 514 to explain to us what happened and to indicate what you can do.
In case of return, return the article using the original packaging. It should also include all the elements found within the order box, including the invoice. We advise you to return your order by registered post. Victoria handmade is not responsible for damaged or lost in transit items.
It will not be given any refund if the product has been used beyond simply opening the packaging or if damaged; therefore, the customer should be careful with the products while they are in your possession.
If the product is in the exact conditions of the day of submission, we will issue a refund within 30 business days from the day the product arrive back to our facilities.
We do not refund the shipping charges costs in return items, as well as in case of returns where the product has not yet been shipped, reimbursement costs fees of the amount are applied on the customer.
